It does not matter if you happen to be a professional  or a do-it-yourself (DIY) handyman dabbler looking to fix things up at your home, you will need an array of hand tools to accomplish a multitude of tasks. Hand tools are extremely significant for use in workshops or for doing chores in and around the house.

Whether you are a worker or a home-maker, a legion of hand tools at your disposal for different projects makes life considerably easier and your chores around the house a grand triumph. Hand tools can perform the bulk of working projects and accomplish the repair and maintenance of household appliances deftly. Furthermore, hand tools come in various sizes and price ranges and can be purchased without any hitches from any nigh hardware store Or online.

5 Tips To Test a Tool’s Quality
1、Look the surface

First of all, you have to see if there is muddy oil on the surface. Our hardware hand tool is one of the benchmarks. And when it comes to hardware products, we must look at whether the anti-rust technology is very good. The metal itself has the characteristics of rust-proof, which requires the production of hardware tools must have ultra-high anti-rust technology. When purchasing, you can see if the product is left with thick oil stains, whether it will be sticky on the hand, and if so, this product is generally unqualified. In addition, it can be distinguished by the sense of smell. If the product has a pungent odor, there are generally omissions in the production.

Secondly, it depends on whether the steel printing is clear. The stamp of our hardware hand tool is very clear. It should be known that hardware products are usually printed with brand words, labels, etc. And the font is very small, but most of the products produced by the factory use steel stamping technology, and they are embossed before the heat treatment. Therefore, although the font is small, it is deeply recessed and very clear. The fonts of counterfeit products are relatively vague. Due to the rough printing technology and the fonts floating on the surface, some can even be easily erased by hand, so everyone should beware of buying fakes of hardware hand tools.

Third,It depends on laser, sometimes, many tools' brand or logo by laser, the stamp is clear and background surface is good too

2.Feel the Weight

When shopping for a quality tool, take it down off the shelf and feel the weight, A lightweight utility knife might be cheaper, but it might not feel as good in your hand.” Imagine using the tool: Is it substantial enough for you to grip firmly? Typically, a higher-quality tool will be little heavier than a substandard model.

There are exceptions, however. If a tool is used overhead—for example, when a wide taping knife is being used to smooth joint compound on ceilings—a heavy tool can be a burden.

3.Know Your Steel

A cheap, flexible knife is probably OK for a small or one-time job, but with repeated use, it can bend without resuming its original shape. Quality materials make for a quality tool. Carbon steel is great for many hand tools, because it can be hardened to various degrees of rigidity,  we use 40 Chrome steel-A good alloy steel and 45 Carbon steel

4. Consider Comfort

A tool with a poorly designed grip can leave you with aching muscles and tendons, or even blisters, if it doesn’t fit well in your hand.

Ergonomic handles and comfort grips allow you to complete your task without discomfort. Before buying, hold the tool in your hand as you would if you were using it. Does the handle feel good in your grasp? The bottom line: If a tool fits your hand comfortably, you’ll be able to work longer with less wrist and arm fatigue.

Mostly of our product it is TPR handle is more comfort .

5.Listening

"Erect your ears" to listen to the sound. Shake the product to see if there is any noise. Most of the counterfeit products have backward production conditions and are completely hand-operated in the workshop. It is inevitable that impurities such as sand will be mixed in the production process. It is in the bearing body, so it will make a noise when rotating. This is the biggest difference from the genuine factory brand that strictly implements production standards and operates with machines.
