Tesla sets up service center in Nanjing for Jiangsu, Anhui markets
Official news shows that Tesla will build service center in Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province, to offer quick response to service requirement and 24-hour vehicle rescue for Jiangsu and Anhui customers.
Currently, Tesla’s domestic service centers are mainly located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other first-tier cities with a total of 11 service centers. Tesla Nanjing service center will provide services for Jiangsu and Anhui provinces with new model delivery, vehicle maintenance, system upgrading, remote diagnosis, vehicle charging and other series of services.
Tesla has introduced Model S and Model X in China market since its entry three and half years ago, but its domestic sales volume is still a secret. But data from its 2016 financial report shows that Tesla China sales revenue reached 1 billion dollars, accounting for 15% of Tesla global sales. China has surpassed American and become the largest electric vehicle market across the world, attracting global automakers including Tesla to put more efforts in the largest market.
